All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Payment must be completed at checkout before an order is processed.

3. Caviar, Perishable Products & Shipping

Caviar and other perishable products must be refrigerated promptly upon delivery. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and for ensuring someone is available to receive time-sensitive deliveries. Shipping dates and delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control.

4. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, caviar and other perishable food items are generally not eligible for return or refund. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or compromised, please contact us promptly at Info@coffeeandcaviar.nyc with your order information and photographs so we can review the issue.

5. Events & Caviar Experiences

Private events, brand activations, caviar experiences, platters, and other custom services are subject to availability and may require a deposit. Pricing, cancellation terms, payment schedules, and other conditions may vary by event and will be communicated before booking.

6. Wholesale Orders

Wholesale orders are subject to separate pricing, minimum quantities, availability, shipping requirements, and payment terms. Submission of a wholesale inquiry does not guarantee approval or availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coffee and Caviar is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, subject to any rights that cannot legally be limited.
